8. Accra Marriott Hotel • Bronze - ¢48,000+ / $8000+ ($80 per person, min. 100) • Silver - ¢57,000+ / $9500+ ($95 per person, min. of 100) • Gold - ¢75,000+ / $12,500+ ($125 per person, min. of 100) • Platinum - ¢90,000+ / $15,000+ ($150 per person, min. of 100)

Each package comes with food, minimal setup (chairs and tables), drinks, a ballroom, gazebo area and audio visual equipment. Minus wedding decor.

9. Savannah Tea Garden Venue only rate: • ¢4500- 0-29 • ¢6000- 30- 50 • ¢12000- 51-100 • ¢24000- 101-350 exclusive of VAT. Marque & tent rates, which are also exclusive of VAT and set up charges start from ¢4000 for 50 guests to ¢15,000 for 100, depending on the type.

All wedding packages come with wedding coordinator service. Food packages start from ¢130 per person. Their website gives an instant quote, and a ceremony and reception with 100 guests minus food costs around ¢35,000, while one with food costs somewhere north of ¢70,000.

10. Royal Senchi • Conference Room- ¢15,000 • Riverside Lawn- ¢46,500 + ¢120,000. In addition to the base rate of ¢15,000, a minimum of 15 rooms ($350 x 15 = $5250) must be booked in order to use the Riverside Lawn for the ceremony & 50 for the reception ($17,500).
