Built in 2018 by Treehouse Master Pete Nelson, The Emerald Forest Theater is a one-of-a-kind outdoor climb-in movie theater. The theater is made up of a large seating area 15′ off the ground, four box seat open-air pods, three “Kodama Zome” elevating loungers (tree-levators!), two stories of hammock-like DreamNets high in the trees, and projection onto the 16′ screen hanging in the trees. Nestled in the hemlocks, cedars, and douglas fir trees of The Emerald Forest, the theater is a viewing experience like no other.
